FEVRT.COM | TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By accessing, browsing, or using FEVRT.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

2. ACCURACY OF CONTENT & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

  • Visual Representation: We strive to display the colors and textures of our apparel (including the MOMORITA line) as accurately as possible. However, due to screen calibration differences on devices (like the Mi Pad Pro 2 or smartphones), we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Errors & Omissions: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

3. PRICING & PAYMENT GATEWAYS

  • Transactional Liability: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). FEVRT does not store your card or banking credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions or technical failures at the gateway level.
  • Price Fluctuations: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

  • Delivery Timelines: Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. FEVRT is not liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, however caused.
  • RTO Policy: If a COD order is returned to us due to "Customer Not Available" or "Refused Delivery" more than twice, FEVRT reserves the right to disable the COD option for that user account permanently.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR)

  • Ownership: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (FEVRT, MOMORITA), button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of FEVRT or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and International copyright laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, modifying, or using any portion of it for commercial purposes (e.g., meta tags or "hidden text") without express written consent.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (REVIEWS & SOCIAL)

If you post a review or tag us in a photo, you grant FEVRT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content across our marketing channels. You represent that you own the rights to the content you post.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • No Warranty: FEVRT does not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Liability Cap: In no case shall FEVRT, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold FEVRT harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru
