At FEVRT, we don’t just ship clothes; we deliver the heat. We’ve partnered with Delhivery, India’s leading logistics network, to ensure your MOMORITA fits reach you faster than the next trend drops.
1. SHIPPING TIMELINES
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time:

Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Priority Shipping: If you selected "Priority" at checkout, your order skips the line and is dispatched within 12 hours.

2. TRACKING YOUR DRIP
Once your order is handed over to Delhivery, you will receive a WhatsApp and SMS notification with your unique AWB (Airway Bill) number.
- You can track your package in real-time on the Delhivery Tracking Portal or directly via the link in your FEVRT account.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this, a nominal fee of ₹49 applies.
- COD Orders: A non-refundable COD Handling Fee of ₹79 is charged to cover the extra verification and cash-handling cycles required by Delhivery.
- Note: Shipping fees and COD charges are service-based and are non-refundable in the event of a return (see our Refund Policy).
4. THE "EMPTY BOX" PROTECTION (MANDATORY)
To protect our community from transit theft or courier fraud, we enforce a strict Unboxing Video Policy.
- The Rule: You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening your Delhivery package.
- The Check: Ensure the outer polybag and the Delhivery shipping label are clearly visible before you break the seal.
- No Video = No Claim: Without this video, we cannot raise a dispute with Delhivery for "missing items" or "damaged goods." No exceptions.
5. UNDELIVERED & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
- Delivery Attempts: Delhivery will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts (due to "Customer Not Available" or "Wrong Address"), the package is automatically marked as RTO and sent back to our warehouse.
- RTO Penalty: If a COD order is returned as RTO, we reserve the right to block COD privileges for your account. You will only be able to place Prepaid orders thereafter.
- Reshipping: If you want us to reship an RTO package, a fresh shipping fee of ₹149 will be charged.
6. SERVICEABLE PIN CODES
We ship to 18,500+ pin codes across India via Delhivery. If your location is "OODA" (Out of Delivery Area), we will contact you within 24 hours to provide an alternative shipping solution or a full refund.
7. TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the Delhivery courier hands you a package that looks tampered with, taped over, or torn, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
- Note "Refused due to tampering" on the courier's digital device and contact us at support@fevrt.com immediately. Once you accept a tampered package, FEVRT is no longer liable for the contents.
