FEVRT.COM | RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At FEVRT, we drop high-heat fits designed for the bold. To maintain our exclusive pricing and sustainability standards, we operate a Product-for-Product Exchange or Store Credit model. Please read these terms carefully before initiating a request.

1. THE "EXCHANGE-FIRST" MANDATE

By purchasing from FEVRT.com, you acknowledge that Refunds to the Original Payment Method (Bank/Card/UPI) are not provided except in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Change of Mind: If you don't like the fit, color, or style, you are eligible for a One-Time Size Exchange or Store Credit (FEVRT Wallet).
  • The "Twist": All approved returns are converted into FEVRT Store Credit (valid for 90 days). This credit allows you to pick any other item from our latest drop, ensuring you always walk away with a fit you love.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (THE "PRISTINE" RULE)

To prevent "wardrobing" (buying for a photoshoot and returning), our QC (Quality Control) team follows a zero-tolerance policy. An item is only eligible for exchange if:

  • The "Tag-On" Rule: The original FEVRT/MOMORITA tags are physically attached to the garment. If the tag is cut, re-attached, or tampered with, the exchange is automatically voided.
  • Hygiene Standard: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents (perfume, deodorant, or detergent), stains, or pet hair.
  • Video Evidence (The Safety Net): To protect against "missing item" claims, we strictly require an unboxing video for any claim regarding damaged or missing products. Without a continuous, unedited unboxing video, FEVRT reserves the right to reject the claim.

3. THE LOGISTICS & REVERSE SHIPPING FEE

  • Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service for most pin codes in India.
  • The Fee: To cover the environmental and logistical impact of shipping, a non-refundable Convenience Fee of ₹99 to ₹149 (depending on location) will be deducted from your Store Credit or charged at the time of the exchange request.
  • Self-Ship: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the item to our warehouse. We do not reimburse self-shipping costs.

4. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and the limited-edition nature of our drops, the following are Final Sale:

  • Innerwear, Boxer Shorts, Socks, and Face Masks.
  • Items purchased during "Flash Sales," "Buy 1 Get 1," or using "Clearance" discount codes.
  • Accessories (Sunglasses, Jewelry).

5. THE PROCESS (THE "WAIT-AND-WATCH" PERIOD)

  1. Request: Initiate a request via our Portal within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours will be diverted to Store Credit only.
  2. Pickup: Our courier will attempt pickup twice. If failed, the request is closed.
  3. QC Check: Once the item reaches our hub, it undergoes a 72-hour Quality Check.
  4. The Result: If it passes, your exchange or Store Credit is issued. If it fails (scent, stains, or wash marks), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no exchange will be granted.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placement or before they are "Processed," whichever is earlier. Once the shipping label is generated, the order is locked in.



FEVRT.COM | REFUND, TAX & CANCELLATION POLICY

At FEVRT, we operate a high-velocity D2C model. To maintain our exclusive pricing and limited-edition drops, we have implemented a strictly regulated Refund Policy. By placing an order on FEVRT.com, you explicitly agree to the following financial terms.

1. THE "EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT" PROTOCOL

To ensure brand sustainability, FEVRT does not provide cash/bank refunds for "Change of Mind," "Fit Issues," or "Style Preference."

  • Default Resolution: All approved returns are processed via FEVRT Store Credit (valid for 90 days).
  • Value Retention: Store Credit is issued for the full value of the product (excluding shipping), allowing you to pick a new fit without losing the base value of your purchase.

2. MANDATORY DEDUCTIONS (THE "NON-REFUNDABLE" CLAUSE)

In the rare event that a monetary refund is legally mandated or approved by our management, the following costs are strictly non-refundable as they represent "Consumed Services":

  • Government Taxes (GST): Once an invoice is generated, GST is remitted to the Government of India. As this is a statutory payment, GST (typically 5%–12%) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Forward Shipping Charges: Even if your order qualified for "Free Shipping," this was a subsidized cost. In the event of a refund, the actual cost of shipping the item to you (₹99–₹149) will be deducted.
  • Reverse Logistics Fee: A mandatory fee of ₹149 will be deducted to cover the cost of the courier picking up the item from your doorstep.
  • Transaction/Gateway Fees: Third-party payment processors (Razorpay) charge a non-refundable 2.5% convenience fee per transaction which will be deducted from the final payout.

Summary Calculation: Refund Amount = [Total Paid] - [GST] - [Forward Shipping] - [Reverse Logistics] - [2.5% Gateway Fee].

3. THE "UNBOXING VIDEO" LEGAL REQUIREMENT

To protect against fraudulent "Damaged Item" or "Missing Item" claims, FEVRT enforces a Zero-Video, Zero-Refund policy.

  • You must record a continuous, 360-degree unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier bag (showing the shipping label clearly) until the product is fully inspected.
  • Any claim of damage or defect without this video evidence will be summarily rejected as per our shipping insurance protocols.

4. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) LIMITATIONS

  • No Cash Payouts: Under no circumstances will FEVRT provide physical cash refunds via courier or post.
  • Bank Transfer Hurdles: For COD orders, refunds are only issued via Bank Transfer. This requires manual verification of a cancelled cheque and valid ID. Due to audit requirements, this process takes 15–21 business days and incurs a ₹50 manual processing surcharge.

5. FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Items purchased during "Flash Sales," "Clearance," "BOGO," or using any discount code exceeding 15% are FINAL SALE.
  • These items are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

6. CANCELLATION PENALTIES

  • Window: You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placement.
  • Post-Processing: If an order is cancelled after it has been "Processed" but before "Shipment," a 10% restocking and gateway fee will be deducted.
  • Refused Delivery: If a prepaid order is refused at the doorstep, the return-to-origin (RTO) shipping costs will be deducted from your Store Credit.

7. TIME-BARRED DISPUTES

All requests must be raised via our Support Portal within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Requests made after this window are legally considered "Accepted by Customer" and the transaction is closed.
